IntelliPAP User Testimonial

In mid 2011 my VA issued CPAP machine was having problems so I went to the Long Beach VA to have the machine repaired or replaced. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about 12 years ago and this was the second VA issued CPAP that I have had in that time. During my visit, and after being issued a new CPAP machine, I was on my way out the door and I ran across representatives from Westprime Healthcare demonstrating a new CPAP device to my doctor called the Intellipap. Luckily, I was able to stay for demonstration and at first glance the machine looked very appealing; it was compact and the cord was about 8 feet long. Both features would solve many problems I have when traveling - my previous CPAP machines were big and bulky with short power cords. When the Demo was over I asked my Doctor if I could trade the machine I was just issued for an Intellipap. My Doctor was very accommodating, we made the trade and I have been using the Intellipap CPAP for six months and am very happy with it. The Intellipap is easy to travel with, has all the features needed and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a CPAP.

P.S. I was also informed that the CPAP was manufactured in America which is great for our economy. I believe that the VA should support American manufactures and should purchase this CPAP for all their needs.
